Automatic SKEW satellite antenna

In addition to the SKEW function for automatically aligning the LNB, the FlatSat Skew Easy BT SMART satellite antenna is also equipped with the SMART function (patent pending) that now makes it even easier for you to watch your favorite programs via satellite television.

Simply press the ON-OFF button -on the intelligent control panel- and select a program on the satellite receiver or satellite television.

The antenna will automatically raise and align itself to that satellite broadcasting the chosen television program. It also automatically rotates the LNB to the correct position for optimal signal reception.

If you change channels, the SMART system immediately checks which satellite is transmitting the program and automatically realigns the antenna to that satellite within a few seconds.

The FlatSat Skew Easy BT SMART is compatible with all satellite receivers and televisions (with DVB-S2 tuner built-in) that support the DiSEqC function (such as Tivùsat, TNT Sat, Fransat, SKY, Canal Digitaal, TV Vlaanderen, Telesat etc.).

Operation and software updates

Via Teleco App (IOS or Android) the antenna / control unit can be controlled via bluetooth to adjust the desired satellite position. Software updates can also be performed this way, without the use of, for example, a PC or laptop. This makes this antenna more user-friendly and easier to prepare for any (future) adjustments.

With the new intelligent control panel (patent pending) it is possible to operate the fully automatic satellite antenna with 'only' 2 buttons:

• With the ON-OFF button you can turn on the antenna and start the search function of the chosen satellite or lower and turn off the antenna.
• The SAT button is used to select one of the 10 satellites in memory (Astra 19, Hot Bird, Astra 23, Astra 4, Eutelsat 5W, Astra 28, Thor, Hispasat, Turksat, Internet).
• The panel features a graphic OLED display to show everything done by the antenna and automatically turns off after a few seconds (when not in use).
• An anthracite-colored profile from the Berker line completes the control panel and can easily be replaced with other profiles in a different color that are simply commercially available.
• Safety system through which the antenna folds automatically when the vehicle is started.

Within the colored areas (Foot Prints), reception of television and radio signals indicated by the 5 indicated satellite groups is guaranteed. You should take into account that in case of cloudy weather and rain, the signals become weaker and therefore, in that case, it can happen that you receive images with macro blocks or that the images may even disappear. It is therefore important that you carefully consider the choice of satellite system to be installed on your vehicle, taking into account whether the dimensions of the satellite dish are suitable to receive the satellite signals properly at the place where you want to spend your vacations.
