We collect reviews via the platform of Kiyoh and/or Trusted Shops. All reviews are checked for authenticity. So you can be sure that the reviews you read here come from real customers. After purchase, we invite all our customers to leave a review. If it is not certain that a review comes from a customer who has bought something, Kiyoh or Trusted Shops asks for proof of purchase. This is how we prevent fake reviews. If a review is placed after products or services have been provided free of charge or there was a paid collaboration, this is clearly stated. The product reviews listed on our site are collected by us and checked for authenticity. All product reviews collected come from someone who has made a purchase from us. If this is not the case, for example because products or services were provided for free or there was a paid collaboration, this is clearly shown in the review. Both positive and negative reviews are posted by us. We make every effort to prevent fake reviews by checking whether the person is known to us and request proof of purchase if we do not know the reviewer. Fake reviews are removed by us. It usually takes (a maximum of) 24 hours before the review concerned is visible on our website.
