Bluetooth remote control with OLED screen

The Snipe Platinum has a Bluetooth remote control with which you can operate everything. Through an OLED screen you can check the antenna status. You can switch from one satellite to another simply by switching from channel to channel remotely via the TV; the antenna will switch and find the needed satellite within 30 seconds.

Mobile app (Bluetooth)

In addition, there is mobile app available for Android and iOS. Through the app, you can easily find the desired satellite (GPS location sharing), perform any updates and view errors that the antenna indicates. You can easily control the antenna via your mobile smartphone, tablet or Ipad.

Latest HD Search Technology

The Selfsat Snipe Platiunum automatic planar antenna is equipped with the latest HD search technology. With this, you are guaranteed to be able to lock the satellite in the future. The Snipe Platinum uses 3 pre-programmed HD search frequencies per satellite. These can be adjusted, if necessary, by an update via USB on the controller.

Antenna locking and positioning system

The basic locking and positioning system keeps the antenna firmly in place when, for example, the camper or caravan is driving. The Selfsat Snipe Platinum has a flat base and also comes with aluminum mounting plate. This makes the Selfsat Snipe Platinum the ideal antenna to permanently mount on your camper or caravan.

Auto Skew

Thanks to the updated Auto Skew function, the Selfsat Snipe Platinum will automatically optimize and determine the Skew settings. This skew setting varies depending on your location on earth and works very finely and quietly.

Suitable for fixed mounting

The Snipe Platinum comes with a mounting kit (consisting of: mounting plate, cable, waterproof cable grommet and screws) that allows the automatic planar antenna to be mounted on the roof of your RV, caravan or truck. The Xsarius Snipe 4 is also suitable for mobile use via the standard supplied 12v cigarette lighter adapter. Due to its compact size, the Selfsat Snipe Platinum is easy and quick to take and set up anywhere; on the table, on the ground, on the roof of your RV, caravan or boat. It can do it all.

Installing satellites

The Selfsat Snipe Platinum has 10 pre-programmed satellites. These include the Astra 1 (19,2), Astra 3 (23,5 - Canal Digitaal / TV Vlaanderen), Astra 2 (28,5) and Hotbird (13,0). In addition, 2 more satellites can be installed with the renewed controller.

GPS support with renewed edition

The built-in GPS function automatically transmits GPS coordinates and determines the elevation angle faster. Thus, the Selfsat Snipe Platinum finds the correct satellite position very quickly.
