Step 1 - Levelling

Set the tripod and level the tube in the centre. Push the tube down and push the anchor pin into the ground. Tighten the lock screw.

Step 2 - Mount the antenna

Mount the antenna on the tube.

Step 3 - Set the Azimuth / Elevation

Now the tripod is set, the azimuth of the antenna can be changed without influencing the elevation. And thát is crucial!

To set the elevation – which differs on every location– accurate a special mechanism –a so called planetair radar system – is developed which can set the elevation with an accuratism of ±10.

This accuratism is possible because of the use of a large knob, provided with a scale for setting the elevation between 200 up to 500. This is possbile from Tampere in Finland till Marocco!

Adjust the elevation of the antenna to the right value. Turn the antenna till you have signal on your tv or satfinder. Fix the antenna with the wing screw.
