Fares are in EUR. Iridium reserves the right to change or adjust rates. All rates listed are effective January 1, 2023, and apply to all active terminals.
Calls from any Iridium terminal to 8324 are transferred to the support department. Such calls are free of charge.
A 90-day "reflection period" applies to request a new voucher to avoid deactivation of the SIM card after the expiration date.
Voice and data traffic is charged on the basis of (minimum) 20 seconds / increments. Pages are limited to 120 characters per message.
The remaining balance is announced at the beginning of each call and is available by dialing 2888 or sending a text message to 2888.
Northern Lights Prepaid vouchers are for Canada and Alaska only. The expiration date is set to 6 months from the date of activation or recharge. Calls to North America are charged on the basis of 24 units per minute. See "Iridium Prepaid Details" for full details and Terms & Conditions.
Effective February 15, 2017, all topups made with MENA Prepaid vouchers will only work within the MENA region. They will no longer work globally. SIM cards that are currently active with an existing MENA Prepaid account will continue to work outside MENA until a new top-up occurs after Feb. 15, 2017. MENA Prepaid vouchers are non-rechargeable. Latin America Prepaid vouchers work only within Latin America. Expiration date will be set at 6 months from date of activation or recharge. Calls to PSTN (voice and data) are charged 60 units per minute. See "Iridium Prepaid Details" for full details and Terms & Conditions.
All prepaid SIM cards have a 90-day "reflection period" from the date the SIM card expires or from the date the card is reactivated. Iridium Prepaid SIM cards are automatically deactivated after the 90-day 'reflection period' has expired.
Prepaid units that have been carried over for more than three years will expire on a daily basis through credits on prepaid accounts. For any customer who purchased a 3k / 5k e-voucher, a four-year expiration period will apply.
Prepaid subscribers will be given a statement of the total number of units that may expire if they are not used to make calls or send a text message to 2888 from their Iridium handset for the next six months.
GoChat- Sratch cards can only be used on Iridium Crew sim cards activated on a crew pack. They cannot be used from standard postpaid or prepaid SIM cards.
