The NDS 3L-100 3Lion Lithium battery is available in the following variants:

• 3L-100 - loose battery as an extension to the 3L-100 with 3LINK*
• 3L-100B - separate battery as an extension to the 3L-100B with 3LINK*
• 3L-100 with 3LINK
• 3L-100P - Rechargeable battery pack as extension for the 3L-100P with 3LINK*
• 3L-100B with 3LINK
• 3L-100P with 3LINK

* On the 3LINK versions it is possible to connect as many as 4 NDS Li-Ion batteries in parallel.

NDS' 3Lion Lithium ION battery system is based on the reliable LiFePO4 technology. This means that optimum performance is combined with a reliable and safe energy supply. Lithium batteries have a long(er) service life than other types of batteries and for this reason are often a more economical option for electrically powered vehicles, RVs, caravans, boats, ships and yachts.

Battery management system included

The 3Lion battery is controlled by the 3Link BMS(Battery Management System). All plus poles of the battery are directly connected to the BMS; thus creating a stable and more efficient electrical system. As soon as the engine of the motorhome, for example, is turned off, the 3Lion battery system completely takes over the energy supply to the connected equipment, such as lighting, heating, coffee maker, satellite TV antenna, TV, etc.

The status of battery charging can be viewed via the display.

Fast charging time

The NDS 3L-100 3Lion batteries charge very quickly, up to 75A per hour, for example while driving or boating (note: this depends in part on the available alternator capacity and the cross-sectional area of the cables used).

Installation of the system

3Lion batteries are easy and quick to install, no matter where the household battery is located; in fact, the electrical system of the vehicle or vessel remains completely unchanged. With a direct connection from the BMS to the starter battery, the 3Lion battery system charges extremely quickly when the vehicle or vessel's engine is started.

The 3Lion set is directly RV or boat compatible. If using a SMART Alternator EURO6, the Lithium battery should be charged through the alternator via a Power Service GOLD battery charger. The Fiat Ducato Euro 6 is directly compatible, without the NDS Power Service GOLD battery charger.
