Microelectronics Technology Inc (MTI) is founded in 1983 and was the first company in Taiwan specialized in the designing  and development of a microwave oven and satellite communication equipment. MTI is headed in the Hsinchu Science Park, also known as the "Silicon Valley of Taiwan".
