What do you need for satellite tv?

For watching satellite tv you need (at least) the following products. The products you need is however also depening in the way you want to watch, where you want to watch and on how many locations you want to watch satellite tv.

 

The overview below is based on the reception of 1 satellite and 1 tv:

 

Step 1 - Satellite dish antenna Welke schotelantenne heeft u nodig?
Step 2 - LNB LNB geschikt voor de ontvangst van 1 satelliet

Step 2a - F-Connector

 Via de F-Connector en de coax kabel verbindt u de LNB met de satelliet ontvanger

Step 2b - Coax cable

 Met een coax kabel verbindt u de LNB met de ontvanger, via zogenaamde F-Connectors

Step 2c - F-Connector

 Via de F-Connector en de coax kabel verbindt u de LNB met de satelliet ontvanger
Step 3 - Satellite receiver

Step 3a - Smartcard

 Zenderpakket via de smartcard van CanalDigitaal of TV Vlaanderen

Step 3b - HDMI cable

 Via de HDMI kabel sluit u de tv aan op de sateliet ontvanger
Step 4 - Television 3D tv kijken via de Astra satelliet
