The VU+ Zero 4K UHD DVB-S2X digital satellite receiver is the successor to the VU+ Zero with a DVB-S2X multistream tuner.

The new VU+ Zero 4K has a larger internal memory and a powerful Dual Core 7K DMIPS processor with 4GB eMMC memory.

Via a smart card or CI module, you have the possibility to watch Pay TV programs from, for example, the providers Canal Digitaal, TV Vlaanderen and/or Joyne.

As an operating system, VU continues to rely on Linux Enigma2, the popular OpenPli firmware. This is already available and downloadable at https://openpli.org/download/vuplus/Zero+4K/ (Release Candidate version)

By connecting an external drive, it is also possible to make recordings of the broadcast programs. An external hard drive can be optionally ordered with this receiver.

The VU+ Zero 4K also supports HEVC / H265 decoding and 4K HDR (High Dynamic Range).
