Rates are in EUR. Iridium reserves the right to change or adjust rates. All rates listed are valid as of April 1, 2018, and apply to all active terminals.
Calls from any Iridium terminal to 8324 are transferred to the support department. Such calls are free of charge.
Reactivation fees apply to all Iridium SIM Card types.
RUDICS is optionally available as an option with the Iridium Standard Plan (included as part of the Standard Plan Monthly Fee), or through an Iridium RUDICS Data Only Plan (when using the Iridium RUDICS Monthly Fee (Data Only)). RUDICS is not available in conjunction with an activated SIM based on the Crew Calling Plan or Australia Plan.
Voice and data traffic is charged on the basis of (minimum) 20 seconds / increments. Pages are limited to 120 characters per message.
Unused credit is not carried over month after month.
"Included Minutes" for all plans are available from the first use of mobile voice calls to any landline, mobile, Iridium or Voicemail destinations from the Iridium phone. To clarify, +1 Access, Two-step dialing, SMS, and mobile calls to other MSS systems are not included.
The Standard Level 1 - 75 Voice and the Standard Level 1 - 150 Voice Plan is available for both new and existing activations. Level 1 10 Free Minutes Plan is available for new activations only. Migration of existing customers to the Level 1 10 Free minutes plan is not possible.
The initial monthly SIM card cost is pro-rated based on the number of days active for all telephony, data, RUDICS, +1 Access and Paging plans. Effective October 1, 2015, the final monthly fee is non-pro-rated regardless of the deactivation date for all Telephony, Data, RUDICS, +1 Access and Paging plans. For clarity, this includes all Iridium GO !, CREW and Australia plans, as well as standard telephony plans.
