The Tooway KA-SAT internet service for consumers is categorized into 2 different categories with 6 different subscription types each.
A Fair Access Policy applies here; this is to ensure that extreme internet use by some users does not negatively affect other users with normal internet. Because of this Policy, the total available data from the satellite is distributed equally among Tooway's end users. Limits apply to accumulated download and upload traffic in a 4-week period. After 4 weeks, consumption is reset. Limits are also assigned to so-called 'Multiple Sliding Time Windows (STW)' of 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day, 1 week and 4 weeks, where you can see below how much data you are allowed to consume within these time frames. If you use more data than allowed within a given time frame, you will enter the Fair Access Policy and your speed will temporarily decrease until you are in the next time frame.

free at night - Between 01:00 and 06:00 local time, no data is charged or billed. So the ideal time for backup, downloading movies, performing software updates and Apple iCloud synchronization.
Maximum upload - Every subscription has a limit in terms of maximum data upload. After this volume is reached, the upload speed is limited to 256 Kbps.
Reduced speed - After the data volume is reached, the speed is limited to the stated speed. As an additional note, 3 Mbps is comparable in speed to a functioning ADSL connection.
