1. Rates quoted for Flexible Leisure Plans are monthly fees based on a minimum term of 12 months.
2. Maritime Flexible Leisure Plans are special plans available through the Maritime Business Unit. For completeness, these plans are not available through the Global Government or Enterprise Business Units.
3. Flexible Leisure Plans allow unlimited movement between plans under the Flexible Leisure category within the specified antenna size without an upgrade or downgrade fee within the 12-month commitment period. For completeness, moving from the FX-100 Flexible Leisure 6144/2048 MIR 512/256 CIR 12 mo. Plan to the FX-100 Flexible Leisure 2048/512 MIR 32/8 CIR 12 mo. Plan will not incur a downgrade fee.
4. Any upgrade/downgrade within the Flexible Leisure category must be a minimum of 7 days before you can move to another plan within the category.
5. If the terminal is broken early, early termination fees will apply. The early termination fee is the full, open commitment period, up to a maximum of 6 months, based on the subscription that was in effect at the time of deactivation.
6. Although the terminal still has a minimum commitment period, any time spent within a subscription subscription period will count toward the minimum commitment period for Flexible Leisure Plans.
