• These action terms and conditions apply to the On Holiday action offered by M7 Group S.A., hereinafter referred to as "Canal Digitaal".
• These action terms and conditions apply as a supplement to Canal Digitaal's general terms and conditions, available from Canal Digitaal's customer service or at www.canaldigitaal.nl/voorwaarden.
• If these action terms and conditions differ from the provisions of the general terms and conditions, the provisions of these action terms and conditions shall apply.
• The action period runs from March 25, 2019 to March 20, 2020.




• Canal Digitaal has two prepaid subscriptions, namely: On Holiday Flex 3 and On Holiday Flex 6.
• For the subscriptions "Canal Digitaal Op Vakantie Flex 3" and "Canal Digitaal Op Vakantie Flex 6" applies that you can use the chosen number of months within 12 months after purchase. You can activate a viewing period at any time of the month. One viewing period consists of 1 consecutive month. For example: if you select April 15 as the first day of your viewing period, that period will continue until May 14. With a Flex 3 prepaid subscription, 3 whole periods of 1 month can be recorded. With a Flex 6 prepaid subscription, 6 whole periods of 1 month can be recorded.
• You are responsible for scheduling the viewing periods yourself via your own 'My Canal Digitaal' environment. These can be scheduled per month or all at once. Scheduled months can also be rescheduled if they have not yet started (no later than 1 day before activation).
• There is no refund if you have not used up the purchased months within 12 months.
• In the selected viewing periods you receive all channels available in the package and can use the Canal Digitaal TV App. Outside the selected periods, you can use the free-to-air channels.
• The subscription costs of Canal Digitaal Op Vakantie Flex 3 are € 25.00 per month. These are paid in advance for 3 months (€ 75.00).
• The subscription costs of Canal Digitaal Op Vakantie Flex 6 are € 20.00 per month. These are paid in advance for 6 months (€ 120.00).
