Stand-alone router: up to 300 Mbps
The Alfa Network R36ah router is capable of speeds up to 300Mbps. You can use the router stand-alone with your fixed Internet connection, an external Wi-Fi antenna, 4G modem or dongle. With the Alfa Network R36ah router you create a wireless network so that different devices such as PCs, laptops, smartphones and tablets can use the Internet.
Compact N router
With the R36ah router, you can achieve Internet speeds of up to 300 Mbps. The 802.11n router is therefore suitable, among other things, for bringing audio and video over the Internet with different users and devices.
OpenWRT software
The software on which the router runs is the Linux-based OpenWRT (open source software). This software standard allows anyone with the necessary knowledge to modify the software (entirely at their own risk).
Stand-alone router firmware
The R36ah router can be used with Alfa's Tube U(N) antenna or the AWUS036NH and AWUS036NEH antennas. In addition, the firmware has recently been updated, making the Alfa Network R36ah router also usable as a stand-alone solution.
