The Cobham SAILOR Fleet one is a compact, lightweight antenna. The installation of the antenna is easy to do. This makes the Cobham SAILOR Fleet One a low-cost entry point to the world of maritime satcom, that keeps you connected at all times. The Cobham SAILOR Fleet One antenna enables the set up of a reliable voice call and Internet connectivity via Inmarsat's Fleet One service. Via the Inmarsat-4 satellite constellation this antenna provides a global coverage.
This antenna enables a data connectivity speed up to 100kbps and voice calling on a single line. This makes the Cobham SAILOR Fleet One antenna the perfect solution for smaller boat and professional vessel owners; with this satellite communication / internet antenna it's possible to send emails, surf on the internet, maintain your social media, do electronic documents/reporting and support Machine-to-Machine (M2M) applications.
Because of the small and light design of the antenna, it's easy to install. Most owners of the vessel can do the installation themselves. It's just a matter of connecting the antenna to the below deck equipment (BDE) and the antenna is ready-to-use. In combination with the right SAILOR Fleet One airtime, this antenna offers the perfect solution to satellite communication / satellite internet. For instance for vessels that are cruising offshore or fishing vessels.
